Return Policy

  • We offer a 30 day exchange policy (at no cost to you) from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit note. 

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email shopthirdbase@gmail.com with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 3-5 business days.

  • We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you a credit note for another item or future use.
